A new chapter for Sonaspection International Ltd: Trusted Industry leader acquired by private investor 

We are pleased to announce that Sonaspection has been acquired the members of its management team, backed by a private investor. 

This transition marks the beginning of a new chapter for the company, strengthening our long-standing commitment to innovation, quality and precision across critical sectors within the Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and Evaluation (NDE) industries.

With a proud history built on decades of expertise, Sonaspection continues to lead the industry in setting the standard for flaw manufacturing, delivering high-precision, reliable solutions to customers across sectors including nuclear, oil and gas, defence, aerospace and manufacturing.

Our dedication to engineering excellence and trusted customer relationships made the company a natural fit for this strategic investment. The new ownership brings a shared vision to build on Sonaspection’s strengths while supporting its future growth and development.

Operating from our facilities in Lancashire, UK and North Carolina, USA, we will continue to deliver accurate, high-quality, flawed specimens that enhance inspection performance and support the integrity of critical infrastructure worldwide.

Alongside existing management Neil Kelly, Max Yates and Adam Daniels, Jeremy Ring will be re-joining the Sonaspection team to assist further growth in the USA. The management team were advised by Wallace LLP, Ensors, and Verity Relationship Intelligence. The previous shareholders were advised by Prism Corporate Broking.
